Meet Ciara, a hardworking dental assistant who prioritizes patient care and keeps the dental office running smoothly. With over 5 years of experience, she excels in supporting procedures and ensuring patient comfort. Ciara is known for her attention to detail and warm, welcoming demeanor. Whether she’s assisting during complex procedures or educating patients on oral hygiene, Ciara’s commitment and expertise shine through in everything she does. Her unique combination of technical skill and genuine empathy make her an invaluable asset to any dental practice.

Stacey is a dedicated and skilled dental hygienist with 15 years of experience in providing comprehensive dental care and hygiene services. She has been with Dr. Conaghan since 2013. She is a graduate from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, Masters of Science in Workforce Education, and a Doctorate of Education. Stacey is currently the Program Director and an Associate Professior for the SIU Dental Hygiene School. She is passionate about educating patients on the importance of oral health and implementing preventive dental care practices.

Tenley brings over two decades of experience to her role as a dental hygienist. She is a graduate from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene and Missouri Baptist University with a Master of Business Administration and Management. Tenley believes in a gentle and compassionate approach to dental care, and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technology in the field. Her commitment to oral health extends beyond our office as a consultant with Henry Schein Dental.

Kassi joined our team in 2024 and quickly became the heart of our front office. With a background in customer service and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Management from Fort Hays State University, she ensures every visit runs smoothly. From scheduling appointments to helping patients understand their treatment plans, Kassi thrives on making patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk in to the moment they step out of the door. Her favorite part of her role is building lasting relationships and making each patient feel at home.
